Ways To Volunteer

There are many ways you can volunteer for SVMP! 

  1. Foster a Pet - Become a foster parent to our rescues.  Keep an eye on our Facebook page for "Foster needed" updates.
  2. Adoption Center- We always need help picking up poop, cleaning, and caring for the pups. Please include your available hours.
  3. Admin & Fundraising - Help with fundraising and various admin duties. 
  4. Community Awareness - Assist in spreading our message via your local business or community organization/club. 
  5. Special skills?  Contact us if you feel your skill set could be put to good use by SVMP!

Volunteering FAQs

    How long will I foster a pet for?

    As long or short as needed and/or as long as your situation permits.  As every situation is different, we need short and long term fosters.

    Will I need to buy supplies?

    NO.  We provide all supplies.

  3. 3
    What happens if the foster pet does not get along with my own animals?

    We simply find another foster family.
